Introduction

Welcome to ChirpPing ('we', 'us', 'our'). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our SaaS application (the 'Service'). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Service.

Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Service includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and subscription details, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Service or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Service.
  • Twitter API Credentials: We securely store the Twitter API keys and access tokens ('Credentials') you provide to allow the Service to monitor Twitter on your behalf. We only use these Credentials as necessary to provide the core functionality of the Service.
  • Monitoring Rules: Information about the keywords, usernames, hashtags, and other criteria you configure for monitoring.
  • Fetched Content: Tweets and related data fetched from Twitter based on your Monitoring Rules. This content may be processed by AI models to provide summaries or insights as part of the Service.
  • Usage Data: Information automatically collected when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service.
  • Payment Data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number (e.g., a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor ([Specify Payment Processor, e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy]) and you should review its privacy policy and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.
